The opportunity
and the challenge.

Meaningful community work takes more than intention. Across programs in remote regions, the challenge was organizing people, resources and local relationships to keep initiatives moving.

Jejak Langkah Nusantara ran community-development activities in varied local environments, with initiatives touching education, local tourism and MSME capability.

What I helped
move forward.

As Co-Founder and Head of Operations, I directed program coordination, delegation, resource allocation, stakeholder communication and in-field problem solving. I also managed jalantara.org and digital workflows supporting registration and documentation.

What the work delivered

The organization coordinated more than 500 volunteers across programs spanning five remote regions. Activities included local business promotion, tourism content and guidance on MSME packaging and certification readiness.

A takeaway
worth keeping.

When resources are limited, clarity and trust become some of the most valuable tools a team has.
